In Flavio’s sunny bedroom before school, Flavio stands by his backpack, eyes wide, as Flutter hovers near the window glowing softly. Morning light streams onto the neat bed and colorful wall posters.
Flavio felt his tummy wiggle before school. "Oh!" he thought. Suddenly, Flutter floated in, smiling, wings softly buzzing. "Hi Flavio!" said Flutter cheerfully. "I’m your helper today." Flavio blinked in surprise and smiled back.
Inside Flavio’s cozy living room, afternoon sunlight paints warm stripes across the couch. Flutter loops sparkling in mid-air, softly brushing Flavio’s cheek as he smiles up in surprise.
Flutter looped in the air and giggled. "When you feel wiggly, it’s me keeping you safe!" Flutter’s soft wings brushed Flavio’s cheek. "Wow!" Flavio said, watching Flutter sparkle. "You make me feel fluttery inside." Flutter nodded proudly.
In Flavio’s softly lit bedroom, late morning light glows through sheer curtains. Flutter hovers at chest height, wings gently flapping, while Flavio sits on the rug wiggling his fingers and listening attentively.
Flutter flapped gently, making Flavio’s heart thump. "I make your hands buzz and toes tap when something feels new," Flutter explained. "It just means you’re ready and paying attention!" Flavio wiggled his fingers. "It isn’t scary, just fluttery!"
Nighttime lamplight casts soft amber across Flavio’s bed as he tosses, hugging his pillow. Above the blankets, Flutter puffs up, buzzing frantically, wide-eyed in the dim room.
At bedtime, Flutter puffed up and buzzed louder. Flavio tossed and turned, hugging his pillow. "Is something wrong?" he whispered. Flutter flapped too fast, eyes wide. "Sometimes I work extra hard, even if it’s just bedtime," said Flutter softly.
Inside a bright classroom lit by afternoon sun, number charts line the walls and desks hold notebooks. Flutter swirls oversized around seated Flavio, who pats Flutter’s fuzzy head and giggles.
During math, Flutter grew big and swirly around Flavio. "Do you need to keep me extra safe now?" Flavio asked. Flutter shook his fuzzy wings. "I don’t mean to be noisy!" he replied. Flavio giggled and patted Flutter’s head. "Let’s help you calm down."
Still in the classroom, late afternoon light fades through tall windows. Flavio sits at his desk puffing his cheeks in a balloon breath while Flutter hovers nearby, wings slowing and looking relieved.
Flavio puffed up his cheeks and blew out a big, slow balloon breath. Flutter deflated a little, wings slowing down. "That feels better!" chirped Flutter. Flavio smiled, doing another breath. "See? We can do this together," he said.
In Flavio’s bedroom lit only by a soft star-projector ceiling glow, he holds his hands up. Seated beside him on the bed, Flutter watches peacefully as Flavio counts fingers one by one.
Flavio held up his fingers, counting each one with Flutter. "One… two… three…" Flavio whispered. Flutter’s doodly lines smoothed and shrank. "I like counting stars," Flutter said softly. Flavio felt his heart slow and relax.
At the kitchen table on a sunny morning, crayons and papers sprawl across the surface. Flavio proudly displays a drawing of a tiny Flutter, while the real Flutter peeks over the page, giggling with small, calm wings.
Flavio grabbed crayons and drew Flutter with tiny, cozy wings. Flutter peeked at the picture and giggled. "You drew me so calm and small!" Flavio showed the doodle. "Let’s sit quietly like this Flutter." Flutter settled, peaceful as a cloud.
In the softly lit living room at dusk, fairy-lights twinkle around a cleared rug. Flavio and Flutter spin slowly together, arms and wings outstretched, sharing gentle smiles.
Flavio and Flutter danced, spinning slowly and gently. "When you’re calm, I’m calm," said Flutter. Flavio grinned. "We can play without too much noise." Flutter twirled with sparkles, soft and happy.
Still in the lamplight of the living room evening, Flutter blushing doodly pink wraps soft wings around Flavio’s shoulders. Flavio smiles warmly, hands resting on Flutter’s back beside a coffee table with scattered toys.
"You’re not a monster," Flavio told Flutter. "You’re a helper — just sometimes too sparkly!" Flutter blushed doodly pink. "I’m happy when I’m quiet too." They hugged, soft wings around Flavio’s shoulder.
On the sunny front porch before school, Flavio tucks tiny Flutter into his shirt pocket. He skips down the wooden steps, backpack bouncing, while Flutter peeks out beaming.
Flavio slipped Flutter into his pocket. "You can come with me when I need you," he said. Flutter beamed, tiny and snug. "We’re brave together!" cheered Flutter. Flavio skipped ahead, feeling safe and strong.
Morning sunlight floods Flavio’s bedroom as he stands by the window, smiling confidently. Flutter snuggles against his neck, wings quiet and small, both gazing toward the open doorway ready for the day.
Flavio learned that feelings aren’t scary. "Flutter shows I care!" he said proudly. With tools and friendship, worries could shrink and softly rest. Flutter snuggled in and winked. Flavio smiled, ready for every new day.
