Ms. Leo stood in her classroom on the last day. She touched the colorful alphabet chart on the wall. Seven years ago, she had hung it there on her first day. "I will miss this place," she whispered. She remembered all the students she had taught. Each face made her smile. The little desks looked empty now. Her heart felt full of happy and sad feelings at the same time.

"Surprise!" the children shouted when Ms. Leo walked into the gym. Bright balloons filled the room. Her students past and present ran to hug her. "We made you cards!" said little Emma, holding up colorful drawings. Principal Chen smiled warmly. "You have touched so many lives here," he said. Ms. Leo's eyes filled with happy tears. She hugged each student tightly. This moment would stay in her heart forever.

The new teacher, Miss Patel, arrived early. Ms. Leo showed her around the classroom. "The art supplies are here," Ms. Leo explained, opening a cabinet. "And story time works best by the window." Miss Patel listened carefully and took notes. "The children are wonderful," Ms. Leo said with a warm smile. "They will love you too." Miss Patel felt nervous but excited. Ms. Leo squeezed her hand. "You will do great things here."

Ms. Leo drove to her new school on Monday morning. The building looked different, but welcoming. She carried her box of teaching supplies inside. Her new classroom had big windows and yellow walls. "This is the start of something special," she thought. Ms. Leo unpacked her favorite books and the photos from her old students. She hung the alphabet chart on the wall. A new adventure was beginning, and she was ready.
